Inter-row weeding
The inter-row weeding, the raking of the surface of the inter-row space, is a very important operation in intensive cultivation. The main purposes of this operation are to eliminate weeds, to facilitate the oxygenation of the soil and the penetration of solar heat inside it.
Ridger
The Ridger by Decloet
works at the maximum speed
of 6 Km/h in all kinds of soil and cultivations. It leaves the plant
well earthed up with soft soil as it burrows with trapezoidal section
drills. This is an extremely important operation for the following
passage of the harvester.
Applying the
spreader, the machine manures the inter-row spaces, leaving the manure
next to the roots it obtains a perfect mix with the soil and
a uniform distribution of manure around the plant. The manure quantity is
controlled by a computer.

Technical Specification
Properly sized,
durable and elastic
tubular steel chassis. The
appendages to the right and left side can be lifted by jacks,
in this way the length of the machine outline is reduced and thus
conforms to road
transfers regulations according to the Highway Code (maximum 2.50 meters wide).
Rotors machined by precision shaping tools in spheroidal graphite iron, mounted
on self-aligned bearings with triple protection against abrasive particles.
